Equipped
for Life
High school at RECA is a time of academic rigor, spiritual growth, and personal discovery. Whether your student has been with us since elementary or is just beginning their journey, we partner with parents to guide each young adult in developing the knowledge, character, and faith needed to thrive in college, career, and life, equipping them to make a lasting impact for Christ.

Electives and Extracurriculars
At River’s Edge High School, students have the chance to explore their interests and passions with up to two electives each day. These classes let students discover new talents, grow their skills, and enjoy learning in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. Our electives change each year, so for the most current listing, please reach out to info@riversedgeca.com.
Students are also encouraged to engage in leadership and service through the National Honor Society, Student Council, or by starting new clubs that reflect their unique interests. At RECA, every student has the opportunity to get involved, contribute to our community, and pursue their God-given gifts.
*We are proud to partner with the Concord Christian School athletics program as a formal TSSAA co-op, the co-op allows RECA students to try out or join any CCS team within middle school or high school.

The University Model at RECA
At River’s Edge Christian Academy, we believe high school families deserve the best of both worlds: rigorous, college-prep instruction and meaningful time at home. That’s why our students learn on campus three days a week and spend two “satellite” days learning from home under a teacher-guided plan. Through this University-Model® approach, nationally recognized through NAUMS, Inc., students gain academic strength, grow in faith and character, and develop leadership and independence—all while parents remain actively involved in their child’s education and spiritual formation.

Hybrid Schedule
