Requirements
What do you need to have to apply to RECA?
Because we desire to have high-quality, Christ-centered educators, we have a few important requirements for all prospective teachers, staff, and administrators:

Employment
General Qualifications
Our teachers and staff are required to have a strong commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be able to give a clear testimony of this faith. They must affirm and support RECA’s Statements of Primary Beliefs. Teachers should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field in which they will be teaching, preferably with certification and teaching experience.

JOB SALARY AND BENEFITS
In addition to salary, teachers and staff may also receive tuition benefits for their own children who are enrolled at River’s Edge Christian Academy.
