Extra-curricular Activities

River’s Edge CA provides families with the gift of time. This creates the opportunity for students to participate in enrichment activities. Some of the extra-curricular opportunities that have been provided for our students include the following:

Cross Country

Running For God (RFG) is a cross country team committed to training students for endurance. It is open for students who are seven years old and above. There is a fall and a spring team. Weekly practices help prepare the students to run in several local races. Team RFG (Running for God) is merging with the Knoxville Christian Home Educators Athletic Association (a.k.a. Knoxville Ambassadors). The Ambassadors Cross Country program is for Christian home educated boys and girls in grades 2 through 12.

Ballet

Currently, there are two ballet classes offered each week after school at the WTCC campus.

Cursive Handwriting

The cursive handwriting class is a 26-week course designed to improve anyone’s handwriting.

Prayer Group

Clipper is our student-based prayer group.

Martial Arts

Two days each week, students may participate in the Martial Arts class.
